Return & Refund

Effective Date: October 20, 2025

1. Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be new, unthrown, and in original condition.
• Used or damaged discs cannot be accepted for return.

2. Process

1. Email bluejaydg@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please complete a return and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
